As Executive Director, Dumisani Msibi leads the FINCORP Group. He joined FINCORP in its early formative years in 1997.He has served as Credit Analyst; Manager Finance & Administration; Deputy Managing Director and finally as the first General Manager of First Finance Company.He has also served as Board Chairman for the Youth Enterprise Fund and a Board Member at Federation of Swazi Employers and Chamber of Commerce (FSE & CC).He is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in banking and finance. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Finance, a Certificate in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED – Harvard University).

Dr. Thulani Dlamini holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the University of Namibia (UNAM). He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) and is a graduate of the University of Eswatini (UNESWA), where he studied Accounting and Business Studies. He further holds a Licentiate Diploma in Business Banking from the Institute of Bankers South Africa (IOBSA). Dr. Dlamini joined First Finance in July 2013. He has 34 years of extensive experience in banking, financial services, insurance, operations, technology and business leadership.

Before joining First Finance, he served in senior leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer at Old Mutual Eswatini and Head of Information Technology and Projects Manager at Nedbank Eswatini. His professional competencies span operations management, human resource management, project management, information technology management, compliance management, sales and marketing, and data processing.

Before being named Senior Manager Operations in August 2018, Mlungisi held position of senior manager Agribusiness at FINCORP Head Office.Mlungisi Hadzebe earned a master’s degree in business administration from Management College of South Africa, a bachelor of science in agriculture at the University Of eSwatini and certified Accounting Technician 3. He commands extensive hands on experience in development finance. Prior to joining FINCORP in 2006, he spent more than 3 years at Tisuka TakaNgwane.
