Dr Dlamini is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Eswatini, Development Centre (UNESWA – EBDC) in Small Enterprise Management and Foundations of Entrepreneurship. She holds a PHD in Social Entrepreneurship obtained from Wits Business School.

She commands vast experience in Agri-business business plan appraisal, budgeting, and financing; SMME business plan appraisal and financing; Development financing; Banking and Credit management as well as Government Expenditure, Budgeting and Planning.

Mr. Mdluli is an experienced Chartered Accountant currently employed at Tibiyo TakaNgwane, as General Manager.  

He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and ACCA. He chairs the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee at FINCORP and is a Board member of Swaziland Insurance & Pension Fund Registrar.

The Group Managing Director joined FINCORP in 1997. He is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in banking and finance. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA- Finance). He also holds a Certificate in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED – Harvard University)..

Mr. Mathonsi is the Head of Risk at the Central Bank of Eswatini (CBE). He previously held the same position at Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation (ESRIC). Before that, he worked for Synergy Chartered Accountants and Ernst Young Swaziland & South Africa.

He is a registered Accountant in Eswatini and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa. He holds a Master’s in Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major from the University of Eswatini (UNESWA).
