Ms. Siviwe Wazi Motsa is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in financial management, accounting, and administration. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Accounting from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Eswatini (UNESWA). Additionally, she has completed professional courses in Digital Money (Digital Frontiers Institute), Business Risk Management (University of Cape Town), and Project Management (Stellenbosch University Business School). 

Ms. Motsa’s career at FINCORP spans just over a decade, beginning in 2013 with FIRST FINANCE, a subsidiary of FINCORP. Over the years, she has held various roles, including Finance Officer and Senior Finance and Administration Officer at both FIRST FINANCE and FINCORP. 

Mr. Matse is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in SME Lending and Credit Management.   

He joined the FINCORP Group in 2006, as a Credit Officer and was promoted to the position of Senior Credit Officer in 2012. In April 2015, he was promoted to the position of Branch Manager. He is responsible for the Nhlangano Branch operations.

He has received local and international training in various programs which included; Boulder Micro Finance (Italy), Management of Banks & Financial Institutes (Israel), SADC-DFRC (SA); Investment Appraisal & Risk Analysis, Advanced Project Management, Credit Relationship & Loan Minimization, Project Preparation. He undertook his other pieces of training including Effective Supervisory Skills and Monitoring & Evaluation locally.

Mr. Matse also holds an Association of Accounting Technician Level 3 qualification and is currently pursuing the final stage of his Chartered Accountancy (ACCA UK) programme.

Mr. Nxumalo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Eswatini (UNESWA).  

He has extensive experience in SME Lending and Credit Management. He joined FINCORP Group in 1999 and progressed to become a Senior Credit Officer in 2006. In 2011, he assumed his duties as Senior Credit Officer at First Finance and was later promoted to the position of Branch Manager in 2012.  

He has attended several international training courses which include: Management of Banks and Financial Institutes – Galilee International Management, Enterprise Development Through Micro Finance; Program on Investment Appraisal & Risk Analysis; Promotion of Small and Medium High-Tech Enterprises and R & D Based Start-ups; Finance for Non-Financial Managers to mention only a few.
