First Finance Company has launched a Back-To-School campaign to ease the burden of school fees and other sundry bills that comes with the resumption of a new academic term on parents and guardians.
Through general-purpose short-term loans, which include, but are not limited to educational finance, First Finance is offering loans that can be repaid within the shortest period in monthly installments from one month up to 24 months. This general-purpose loan offer targets salaried employees of government, parastatals, and selected private companies.
In addition to this, under the campaign, First Finance clients who will take new loans or do rollovers within this period will automatically enter a draw and stand a chance to win cashback worth E4,000 per branch each week to help them to cover back-to-school requirements. The company has three branches; Mbabane Branch at Intfutfuko Building, Manzini Branch at the EEC Building, and Nhlangano Branch along Skhonkwane Street.
First Finance General Manager Thulani Dlamini said the company is cognizant of the fact that as students go back to school this month, many parents are struggling to buy their children uniforms or school supplies, with high inflation and rising costs of living pushing families to the brink. Therefore, First Finance launched the back-to-school campaign to ease the burden of school fees and to support their clients to meet their needs and achieve their aspirations.
“The back-to-school period represents new beginnings for most people. We are encouraging our clients and dependents not to lose sight of these dreams due to financial difficulties, but instead partner with us to see them come true,” he said. “Every child deserves better education, and as they head back to school, we are helping our clients who need that extra support.”
Dlamini said the campaign and promotion are part of the company’s strategic intent to bolster customer experience. “We care about our customers because they are the reason we are in business. That is why our new strategy places our customers’ needs at the heart of what we do. We are at their service when they need us.”
